The worst hotel experience in Bali, I had already booked a hotel, but when I checked in there was an additional charge, the reason was the hotel target, the hotel was dusty and dirty, the elevator was broken, the TV in the room was broken, the response was slow, basically the worst.

The hotel bathroom was very dirty, the hot water didn't work, there were no sanitation facilities, asking for a change of towels wasn't served, had to go to the receptionist directly, the receptionist service was bad!

Entering this hotel on the 2nd floor was a bit strange..at night there was a knock on the door and when I wanted to enter the room downstairs I heard the sound of children playing..the TV was off and the staff were very disrespectful..

The room and environment are dirty..dirty and not cleaned..the hotel and room seem to be neglected, and also do not match the room booked..less than 1 minute and already checked out..the parking lot is also bad, narrow and muddy..I'm sorry..it's a complete mess!!!

Didn't get a towel, didn't get toiletries, only got a small bar of soap, just entered the lobby was crowded with wedding events, honestly felt disturbed, the bathroom was dirty, the hotel corridors were dirty, too complicated and lots of rules.

Stayed here for 2 nights, only got drinking water once, the AC was leaking, a lot of the wallpaper on the walls of the room was coming off, the sink was almost coming off, the receptionist was not friendly🫣
