Need to training the staff about hospitality, for breakfast food many things finished but no one top up and cleaning ( we come down for breakfast at 7 am ).

Very strategic, easy to get anywhere because it is located in the center of Denpasar city, the staff are friendly and the food is very varied.

When I went out for a walk and came home, the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke, it looked like I had just finished taking a shower even though no one was there.

In my room, the bathroom needed some repair work and updating, especially the skirting boards in the bed area, and ceiling in bathroom that looked to have major damp damage.

Booked 10 days here for work, the AC leaks, two times housekeeping has "forgotten" to clean my room and the second time I have had to complain directly to the from desk after talking to housekeeping directly as well.
