I had a bunch of extras (breakfast for an additional guest, late checkout etc.) that I paid for at check-in, plus a room service order that I had to pay for at check-out - this caused some confusion at check-out, when the desk staff did not see my previous payments and took a while to sort out.

Stained carpets, elevators getting stuck for over 20 minutes, emergency staff could not communicate in English, checked with them before using it again and got stuck again.
