Facility condition is old, construction work ongoing inside the hotel, workers everywhere in the colidoors, the rooms are old, and either the hotel or booking.com highlighted that construction work is happening at the hotel

The entrance to the hotel is impressive, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast is very good, but the rooms are very old including grinds of all the doors that wake you up in the night.
