Love this hotel, walking distance from Central world, Big C and nearby malls, peaceful as it’s tucked inside away from main traffic, nice pool and even have a Let’s relax within the building.

Cockroach in the room found on my first night in the middle of the night, it was full house during that period but no resolution was done, only a note to say ok they will deep clean the room.

Finally, I’d like to express my gratitude for the efficiency with which they handled my request to change rooms after check-in—when I mentioned that the air conditioning in my club floor room wasn’t working properly and asked if anything could be done, they immediately switched my room.
