small rooms, no water, when asked to clean the room (1 time in 5 days) they made the bed and changed the towels, although it was obvious that the floors needed to be vacuumed and washed.

We informed the staff, and they said an electrician would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up.

I was bleeding a lot due to accident in the hotel but the staff ignored to help I was fainted on the floor and staff was not processing thing but talked to the other white guests I asked for help more than twice times and had to carry myself down to the car to go to hospital by myself.
