Rooms are comfortable and service in the hotel is fantastic….from the security to the housekeeping staff…the only thing so so was the room service…food was blend and not tasty at all.

But the major issue is the bed and bedding; the bed is extremely hard, even asking for a mattress topper isn't comfortable, I had back pain.

The club room on level 24 was expensive given that hours were restricted to 2 hour breakfast, 2 hour afternoon tea from 2-4 & 2 hour happy hour from 6-8.
