Staying at I-Residence Hotel Silom was very convenient for me, especially with the BTS Chong Nonsi station nearby and a 7-Eleven right outside.

The breakfast spread was quite good, though I noticed the serving pans used on the buffet line were old with peeling non-stick coatings, which should definitely be replaced for health and hygiene standards.

The pool is truly beautiful and has a great view, but swimming in it for more than 2-3 minutes was difficult during my entire stay because it was so cold, and the water was overly sanitized, leaving my eyes red and my skin dry.

The rooms are disgusting, the keycards keep not working so have to go down to the reception all the time, and they refuse to refund the money that we paid for an extra keycard even though we gave it back an hour later after finding it.

Great location , rooms could do with some touch ups and TLC but Greta based to explore SkyTrain within 3 minute walk(shopping mall next station), the glass tray 78th floor sky beach and i-tilt 5 minute walk, the service was ok, and hotel was reasonable value.

Terrible experience, first thing i noticed when i walked in the room was that the whole room stank from the toilet smell, the showers were terrible, you cant adjust the temperature at all, it will get extremely hot or extremely cold randomly
