Hotel Room was noisy from trains screeching on BTS and felt like a converted office rather than luxury hotel plus room wasn’t cleaned until 6pm (after we got back from busy days out and wanted to relax) on 2 occasions until We complained

When parking, the security guard kept chasing us away, claiming the hotel would complain and that parking there was prohibited, even though we were guests.
