Had a huge room with kitchen but it was devoid of any warmth, character or even cutlery or a plate to use.

And the service was really good, miss Namtan really assist me with whatever i need, especially when the gym was closed, they provided a free transportation to another hotel so that I can still avail the fitness facilities!

The restaurant staff, P'Mee, P'Toon, and P'Noah, along with Chef Rak and Chef Ken from Revboach, made delicious food.

I especially want to highlight the team at the restaurant Name and Ruk who treated us wonderfully during the meals (which were very good, healthy, and tasty).

I am grateful that Tonmai, Noah, and Jib always greeted me with smiles and used a translation app on their smartphones to communicate with me in Japanese, even though I can't speak Thai or English at all.

Tables were cleared very slowly, and most concerningly, staff used the exact same two cloths to wipe down all the breakfast tables and reception desks throughout the entire morning.
