We had informed the front desk staff in advance about the luggage delivery service pickup at checkout, and even explained it again, but their response was inadequate and seemed to brush it off.

Got food poisioning from hotel room service, but reception and staff refused to take accountability for the fact it was there food and made up plenty of excuses to wiggle their way out of it, aswell as no support for taxis, doctors or any aid whatsoever.
