The water was running cold and they said the water heater is broken and cannot fix it, the bed is very uncomfortable and I was waiting for ever to get the food from room service to my room.

Good hotel and good location but small swimming pool and I ask for book a bus for laos because I have to leave the country, and after go at the bus station i see they book a bus for in 3 days and I pay 800thb for nothing and 1000thb for go and come back

You would need a taxi to get here as the direction to get here may be a little confusing, and not always walkable to reach, although the surrounding area is quite nice.
