Towel standards at the pool were the same, frayed, bleached and pretty disgusting - dirty side tables and holes in parasols.Breakfast choice not great, prepared food cold or just warm.

Room was bigger than most in Bangkok good bed and clean staff was very helpful at checking Breeze and Tangmo did a great job of welcoming me to the hotel and Wat got my bags from the car to my room.

Air conditioning is a bit hit and miss Location is perfect , quiet enough but with enough bars and restaurants within walking/staggering distance.

Reception staff however were sometimes unfriendly, the property is aging quite bad and poorly decorated, the air con is not configurable and switches between hot and cold randomly.

Hotel was good but did not receive the epedia vip perks, no room upgrade, when i asked about the free drink promised as a vip i was told that if we booked through raddison we would have received it, because we booked through expedia we would not receive it.

Very dedicated and friendly housekeeping, some of the furniture is getting a bit dated and might need some repairs wardrobe not closing properly and letting light on permanently.
