It is the perfect location for walking around after a drink in this hot weather, and the interior is reasonably clean and nice.

The bartenders at the pool, Tum and Aor (Tum&Aor), are absolutely wonderful, always attentive, helpful, and they make delicious refreshing drinks.

Very nice hotel, great staff, there is parking at the hotel for those who come with a car, which is a huge advantage in the area and of course close to Beit Chabad (walking distance) Excellent value for money

The most frustrating part is that we had to make and pay for a new reservation in order to stay, while the amount for the first night was still charged despite not having been able to use it.

Even after asking, we weren't given a different room (there are also rooms facing the pool) – hence the one star for "service." The pool was okay, breakfast was average to poor, as egg dishes (omelets) cost extra (this wasn't the case a year ago) and the buffet was replenished very slowly.
