Apart from that, the hotel rooms are full of light from the room windows, with no hot water flow in the shower (there is hot water but a weak flow).

It was difficult to keep the temperature of the room comfortable, I had to go buy bug spray to keep the mosquitos off (I was covered in bites), and the people in neighbouring rooms loved to party late into the night (3-4am).

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was completely ineffective, as every time someone entered the room (the staff constantly had to go in and out to get to the kitchen), a wave of heat rushed in, so there was practically no cooling.
