The staff at the hotel were polite and pleasant with the exception of one girl at breakfast who had a tantrum coz my husband asked for an extra tea bag.

The area is extremely busy and chaotic, and there are also visible issues with homelessness and street prostitution in the immediate surroundings, which can make the atmosphere feel uncomfortable at times.
