I never stay anywhere else if I go to nyc - perfect location for a nice walk to Lincoln Center or Broadway or even across the park for shopping on the upper east side.

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the USA.The room was immaculate and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.The food was amazing, and the location was perfect — close to all major attractions.I would definitely recommend anyone visiting the area!

On the positive side the room was spotlessly clean and the hotel's location was good but for £254 per night it was very poor.

The walls are paper thin and could not get any sleep, we asked for housekeeping twice and nobody ever serviced our room, the bathroom has zero space to put down toiletries , plumbing was awful and sink wouldn't drain , grossly overpriced for what you get .
