It was great to have a room to accommodate 4 people - our family, but the overall experience was okish, room is packed and small, bathroom without a window and the floor is wet, lots of humidity.

Concierge answered texts two days after they were sent, in room phone could not call front desk, excessive condensation on windows resulting in puddles of water on window sills, no heat at all in our bathroom for a deluxe room

As we waited for our room at The Lucerne Hotel lobby, my 8 year old son leaned on an old unstable glass side table which collapsed, shattering glass and causing physical cuts on his leg.
