It was in a good location although with heavy luggage it was a bit of a struggle to get to initially.

The air conditioner in the room was really, really loud, so you had a choice: you were either hot or cool, but it was very noisy.

The neighborhood has been undergoing redevelopment for a few years, but it's not particularly attractive (I wouldn't recommend walking around alone at night).

The only thing to note is to be a bit cautious walking around the area after 9pm, as it can feel a little uneasy—but if you’re with a friend or take an Uber, it’s absolutely fine.

Only issue I had was the shower - because there is no door, the water leaked everywhere and that would be a little hazardous for the next person in the shower.

The first room (on the 2nd floor I think) I ever got had a janky lock so luckily a roommate was there to unlock the door.
