What’s worse is that the staff were completely inefficient and did nothing about it, even after I complained.

Google, November 2025, rated 1/5 by this guest

I texted the front desk about it, and instead of apologizing, maybe changing our room or offering an upgrade for putting us in a room that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, they blamed us for the smoke and said that the next time they found it in the room they would charge us $1000.

The room we reserved was already taken by the two wedding parties going on, but the manager was able to make it up to us through amazing service and really made it a unique experience.
