Had a fantastic time the best service ever Nourin provided us the best service in the royal lounge she is fantastic and there were we have been coming to Dubai for 16 years food was out standing and would recommend this hotel to everyone, the club lounge is second to none!!

I have been to this hotel 3 times now and its always.tge same problem.The cooks at the egg station are only able to.make eggs for 1 customer at a time and they are 2 cooks.
