The rooms were beautiful and clean, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the resort was comfortable and peaceful with very little noise.

Every morning we were being woken up by loud construction noise, and on top of that, the smoke, fumes and absolutely toxic smell from the construction would come up toward our room.

Check in is horrible, didnt have a room ready, needed to change because of extremely bad odor, so check in ended up being at 5pm, had to call up to 6 times and go down 4 times to resolve anything.
