On the first day, they didn't want to check us into our reserved room; they kept us hanging around in the lobby and in the sun, causing us to get sunburned.

Extremely good, opulence at its best, impeccable cleanliness in the room, service was outstanding, Sadiq - cleaning service was excellent, we had breakfast included, the best breakfast I have ever had since I started traveling ( I have been traveling for the last 20 years).
