Great pool, food is also amazing, especially breakfast buffet 🤍We had a situation with food in the Japanese restaurant, but I want to highlight a great job staff did to make sure we were fine after!So far my best experience with hotels in Dubai!

Stayed at the W hotel a number of times it’s a beautiful hotel on the palm Dubai , my room was nice and spacious with beautiful views from the balcony,the hotel lobby is very nice , the pool is very nice and there is direct access to the beach would definitely recommend this hotel will be back soon

The room had an unpleasant smell from the moment we arrived, and we also found hair in the room, which made the cleanliness standards feel unacceptable for a hotel of this level and price range

Staying on the Palm Crescent in general is tough because there’s nothing else to really do, and going anywhere else takes 30+ mins.
