This hotel has the best hotel pool and spa in Jumeira however I would not stay here again bc hotel rooms and hallways are old, dated and the lobby has dirty carpeting.

Scammers , we paid alongside 30,000 total towards 1 night and they also charged extra 3000 for “deep cleaning” on the couches for “stains” then they changed their words from stain to burn when i told them i checked before leaving alongside a staff member with no mess , stains or any issues !

It was terrible, the birth room door got broken and I was slightly injured, repair men were sent to inspect and it too the hotel hours to change my room and to ask me if I needed medical attention
