only downfall is the size if the room my daughter had to sleep on a guest bed we paid full price for a guest bed so was not happy about that as we had 11nights there you need a proper bed

We have a view on the other side, there's construction, the week starts at 7am, the weekends are quiet, also construction near the beach, but, it's not too distracting.
