Book this hotel in New Year's, super location, connected to Dubai mall, club lounge really great, food top, cake exquisite, especially kate people are lovely, service is very professional and attentive, beautiful Khaoula, very professional provided a lot of warm service and help, next time!

Of course, the thing about this hotel is the view of the Burj Khalifa and direct access to Dubai Mall.

The room was a bit noisy due to some sort of construction I guess, idk but I couldn’t sleep well, however Indah at the reception was super friendly and welcoming and staff in general were very professional and helpful, definitely coming again just for the service level was nice

As a Titanium Discovery member, we were disappointed that booking through Trip.com led to a room facing the main road, resulting in significant noise from traffic.

We approached housekeeping about it; we were told they were taking care of it, but nothing changed during our entire three-day stay.
