I am very picky when it comes to hotels and the moment I’ve entried the room I’ve loved how impeccable clean it all is, even when you open the wardrobe there a such a nice smell.

The location is excellent and the service is excellent, but the room cleaning service is poor; they don't provide tissues and towels after cleaning, the bed and pillows are uncomfortable, the lighting has built-in and impractical wiring, and the kitchen has cooking pots without lids and no kettle…

The hotel lifts was not working properly, many time stuck and couldn't come out the lifts!!.in general the hotel location is good and all staffs are amazing and extremely helpful.
