bathrooms and showers weren’t particularly clean, aswell as the beds were horribly uncomfortable felt like i was sleeping on the floor

The water pressure could be stronger and the drawers under the bed were kinda loud when u opened and closed them.

The shower and toilet all felt very dirty, toilets were often blocked and the communal spaces were pretty sticky and full of stains.

Rooms were okay- lots of stairs, no AC, and the bathrooms were gross.

The only big point is that they don't have elevator so going all the way up to the 4th floor with a suitcase was a bit tricky.

Plus the room had a long window that didn't shut properly and because of that it felt a bit unsafe: I don't know could someone come from the street down the ladder and through the window?

We were even stolen from during our stay, and the staff’s reaction was somewhere between not caring and laughing at us.
