Everything was excellent, central, very clean, the room was not small (except for the bathroom which as usual lacks a bidet, when will they decide in many countries??), the staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, a special note for ANKIT and MANALI, don't miss them!

It is very noisy ( many neighbouring rooms doors slam loudly and you can hear the people in the next room and in the hall as if they are in your room

Wasn't very clean, dust was noticed in many places, shower bathroom didn't have any ventilation so going to the toilet made the whole room stink.

There’s no lift for the underground level, so it was difficult to get in our room with luggage and baby stroller, besides that I would recomend.

They gave us two room completely far from each other which didnt even look like hotel rooms and you have to walk in through some kind of tunnel where they dont have a lift.
