When we reported the coffee machine issue, the bar staff was not very helpful and we had to nag and wait for a coffee to be sent up, an hour later.

First of all, we were in a room on the very top floor—5 flights with no elevator and no bellman to handle bags.

No lift we had a lot of luggage so found it hard but just unfortunate it was on our return from airport for a mini break would be spot on
