It's a little ways from main tourist interests, lack of clear instructions on use of washing machine/dishwasher and what lights switches did what.

The room itself is nice, and the people working here are great; however, all the advertised photos of the view for the room I reserved show a beautiful view of the Tower Bridge but they put us on the first floor with a heavily obstructed view for the same price.
