Excellent location in the city - easy reach on foot or by public transport to all major sites.

As for the hotel location,although I can reach tower bridge by walking ,but it is a bit far from most major tourist attractions, and getting to the nearest tube or bus stations requires a decent walk.

There was a large stain on the carpet in our room which should have really been cleaned and a lack of plug sockets.

Had a wonderful upgrade to room with a balcony which I loved having my morning coffee on in the beautiful sunshine with the view of tower bridge..and the bed was the best Ive slept in for years!

The outlook from our room was pretty underwhelming, but it was clean, comfortable and spacious and really we were only there to sleep!
