Customer care was good during both stays, we enjoyed cocktails and on our second stay had a meal at the hotel’s restaurant which was okay albeit I asked for my steak to be served medium rare, but it was served well done!

Not sure if got VIP upgraded but room was small and on 1st floor window view was off air conditioning units and could hear noise from next door buildings.

Air con didn’t work (we were in the second building across the connecting hallway) and it was quite noisy as the location of our room was by the recycling bins & a pub!

The noise of the underground broke my sleep pattern and unfortunately the area is now full of homeless which made a bit uncomfortable the arrival

The work that was being done on Monday morning which started fairly early so could hear hammering and drilling - we had stayed up to watch the football until 4.30 so wasn’t nice to be woken up by 8am very dissapointed as went on until 11.30 when we left
