Our room was in the attic, it was cold and drafty, the stairs were very steep and we were on the fourth floor, there was road noise and you could hear other guests, breakfast was very disappointing, as breakfast was included we assumed it was a cooked breakfast but apparently only the continental…

We have an underground apartment, for the 1st impression with the stairs, it was not good, it is not well maintained and cleaned for the stairs, but the apartment inside is well maintained and arranged.

The downside is that there's no elevator, and if you get a room on the top floor, like I did, you have to climb 82 steps.

BUT, one must understand that there is quite literally nothing the hotel can do about this as they are restricted from putting lifts in these buildings.
