After explaining the facts, I only stayed for one night while paying for 3 nights (it was a very loud and smelly, horrible night), they just said goodbye to me and said they couldn't help me with anything and that was it.

this hotel very nice, clean and location near bayswater underground terminal, just 2 mnit from hotel..easy access to everwhere..we can get so many halal food around here..Nuwan staff veery nice, help us to get transport to luton airport for last mnit plan..everthing is nice and perfect for us.

The room does not match the hotel's room photos; it is located in a basement, small and unpleasant, there is not even drinking water, and we had to buy bottled water to brush our teeth.
