The staff were not very welcoming, the lift was very temperamental and didn't work most of the time, the room was so warm and the air cooling unit supplied in the room was so noisy it coildnt be used thru the night.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms, the unbeatable location next to Notting Hill, and its excellent transport links, peaceful atmosphere, and nearby supermarkets.

Nice and cozy room (single bed, everything provided except space :) ), very clean, friedly welcome, good breakfast (but some fresh fruits would be appreciated), quiet at night and located in a beautiful surrounding with nice cafés, close to public transport and Hyde Park.
