Everything except the location , room was too small , staff was rude , they over charge me on everything from booking till order and when you ask them only answer was sorry it my staff's mistake

Great location…many restaurants nearby, across the street from Hyde Park, and underground subway right next to the hotel…rooms are a little dated…Pravishka was an amazingly helpful front desk employee who went out of her way to assist us.

Within the morning whilst getting ready for work I had entered the bathroom and closed the door, when I closed the door, a panel from the roof clearly unsecure came down and hit me on the top of the head.
