unhygienic, Toilets,dirty throughout, unhelpful staff when checked out, beds not comfortable, shower holder broken, had a job to get hot water out of taps no plug for sink,location good for our needs only plus about it wish I had gone to another hotel.

Kettle had rust water at the bottom and was unusable, my door didn’t open and I had to get the reception to open it every time I came in, the toilet seat was broken, shower broken, I was unable to shower all weekend

Booked the hotel because it said that it had car parking, unfortunately you have to book a space through a different company and after booking the room no spacies available.
