The price is and decor is that of a luxury hotel, but the service is amateur, with staff that don’t seem to have been to trained well and definitely not befitting of the cost you pay.

The staff are well intentioned it seems and trying but everything here seems to be a bit of a cattle call, too many people and not enough staff to attend, not enough resources (ie coffee or cups at breakfast).
