We have a next door neighbor who always makes big noises, talking loudly and running around in the early morning.

In particular, the flooring (which looked like self-adhesive PVC) was peeling off and shows clear signs of wear.Furthermore, we are still waiting for our security deposit to be refunded.

Very noisy people in room above banging ALL night and despite complaining to reception the banging continued, side door to the property was open all night for both nights stay so not secure and again despite notifying reception the door stayed open, property incredibly basic

Balcony handrail was broken and very dangerous as these is a large gap that a child could fall through.

In addition, there were H&S risks where room 1A smoke detector and Co2 monitor were covered with bags, there was also a plug in the kitchen which seemed to have some sort of burn damage but hadn't been covered over, this shouldn't be available to use.
