When I brought this up with the reception staff, the lady was disinterested, so I asked could I raise it with the manager, who was stood next to her, where he also didn’t seem that bothered.

Very nice hotel, very well cared for in the smallest details, fantastic room, super well-kept and equipped, there was even an iron, super breakfast, well stocked with all varieties from sweet to savory, super hotel, I recommend it with my eyes closed
