It felt very worn to the point that we had to sleep as close to the middle as possible or it felt like you’d roll off the edge.

It was a disaster of a stay wish we had known about the renovation we wouldn’t have booked and what ever event was on both days of our stay they were very noisy through out the night keeping us awake along with the loud music.

We were disrupted middle of night by other guests in next room and a child running around on the floor making noises and banging on door , it was also very hot and we had to ask for extra water as only 1 provided for 3 people

Took ages to get checked in , computer issue and we were late arriving at 1am just wanted to get into the room , then at 8am got a WhatsApp message asking what time I was going to be vacated the room , spoke to reception on leaving and they said the text is sent by AI

The main entrance was closed so having to go through there noisy restaurant was a bit of a pain, but my room was upgraded to compensate for this, the button 4 the jacuzzi is faulty, you have to push it EXSTREamly hard which starts 2 hurt your finger after the second time!!
