My friends requested not to clean room and asked the cleaning person for some towels and she said she was too busy and did not give them towels or water when requested.

The HVAC knocks loudly every 2-3 minutes in your room and then there is a cluster knocking following the initial knock that occurs about 4 times 10 seconds apart.
