The hotel is in great location for public transport, and very close to O2, the rooms are very clean and tidy, the breakfast choice is really delicious, and the staff is friendly, helpful and professional.

Fantastic place, it's in zone 2-3 but getting to the city center is very easy, it's very near a few supermarkets, so you don't have to be worried about walking far for some groceries, a meal deal or two, area is pretty safe and the rooms are cleaned very regularly and well.

Absolutely brilliant staff, very friendly and helpful, excellent location for tube station jubilee line, clean rooms just a bit tiny.

There was NO TOILET BRUSH in the bathroom, I don’t understand how that’s even legal :)) A lot of things need fixing up, the shower door didn’t close properly and the hairdryer kept turning off for no reason.
