Amazing stay and we loved the hotel qith perfect location and the Upgrade offered by Ms.Vibha qaa best option and she qaa great during our whole stay and ahe was very friendly and her suggestion for all rooms and suite was very impressive thankyou Ms.Vibha for your hospitality

The front desk manager, an Italian ( I guess) skinny white skin and light hair, he is very rude and not well prepared to be attending to customers.

AC is off automatically, 3 times a day, in my opinion, 2AM off should be avoided, I have to turn it back on as the room was so hot which wake me up, specially in summer, everything else is nice.
