The only thing that didn’t work so well was the phone, they couldn’t hear us properly and it was very frustrating because it was the old style wired phones which look cool but didn’t work well.

To compound things, messages I sent regarding my dinner bookings remained unanswered and - when I visited Seabird personally to check - the woman at the front desk acknowledged the messages were there and simply hadn't been answered (this was 24th + later).
