I did not give 5 stars, because the service provided by the receptionists is too inconsistent (some of the receptionists are very welcoming and very helpful but some others are not really).

The big AC unit out the window made a loud, constant noise that made our pillows tremble at times.

The bathroom stunk like a public restroom of urine and the mattress was thin and falling off one side however I did not notify staff of issues.

The most annoying thing about this hotel was the bedroom lights are either all on or completely off, which makes the bedside lamps completely useless.
