The only small criticism if I had to make one is that certain elements of the room were a little a tired - but nothing that would ruin the stay or experience.

Room wouldn’t cool down, it was loud all night, false fire alarm went off first thing in the morning, there was no soap in the shower dispenser, pillows were pretty awful for a central London hotel.
