Room was not in the main hotel building, breakfast was a shambles, long queues, not crockery, plastic cups for drinks……..this is never a 4 star hotel…..properly one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in the last 5 years

No customer service, couldn’t find my booking on arrival, they gave us off milk at breakfast, we didn’t get checked in on time even though we were there within plenty of time, they just kept telling us they are awaiting for approval of our room being ready then serving other people who came in…

We complaint to them and they said NO rooms are available and then In the Night approx 10.30 pm they asked us to bring the luggage back to them for shifting in other room.
